Picking And Packing Eggplant
The height of eggplant season is around August and with that comes a great deal of picking and packing! Check out the pictures and video below.
We grow about 16 acres of purple eggplant.
Eggplant are picked and stored in plastic bins prior to packing for shipment or for selling at our roadside market.
